This is an opaque, but textured fabric with a woven look. Not quite as heavy as the large opaque swiss dot fabric, but has excellent drape and a soft hand feel. Cool to wear, and very flowy! Very dressy fabric! 100% polyester, but woven with an elastic thread so it has a slight stretch with excellent, snappy recovery.
